• Usage and Broadcasting: By participating, you grant DFestival permission to broadcast and use these materials for promotional purposes.
• Participant Rights: Participants retain rights to their individual performances but acknowledge DFestival’s rights to use the recordings and images captured.

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1 Fees

• Payment Deadlines: All fees must be paid by the specified deadlines.
• Additional Services: Costs for any supplementary services will be outlined separately.
• Currency and Methods: Payments must be made in the currency and forms accepted by DFestival.

4.2 Refund Policy

• Official Hashtags and Mentions: Participants are encouraged to use official DFestival hashtags and handles when posting about the event.
• Compliance: All content shared on social media should be respectful and follow DFestival guidelines.

7. Cancellation and Modifications

7.1 By Participants

• Notice Requirements: Participants must follow DFestival’s official cancellation procedures to be eligible for any refunds or substitutions.
